Welcome to NEWCINEMA/. By publishing a film on the platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About NEWCINEMA/
NEWCINEMA/ is an international online showcase dedicated to independent film. It provides filmmakers with the opportunity to publish their work through secure online streaming while retaining full ownership of their intellectual property.
2. Rights & Ownership
The filmmaker or submitting party confirms that they own, or have obtained, all necessary rights to publish the submitted film and all accompanying materials, including but not limited to:

the film itself;

poster artwork;
-
still images;
-
trailers;
-
synopsis;
-
biographies;
-
promotional text.
All copyrights remain the property of the rights holder.
By publishing a film on NEWCINEMA/, the filmmaker grants NEWCINEMA/ a non-exclusive licence to stream the film within the territories and publication period selected during the publication process.
3. Publication Materials
NEWCINEMA/ publishes films and accompanying information using the materials supplied by the filmmaker.
The filmmaker is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete and free from copyright infringement.
NEWCINEMA/ cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied during the publication process.
4. Publication Fee
Publishing a film on NEWCINEMA/ requires payment of a one-time publication fee.
This fee covers the preparation of the film for streaming, transcoding, publication, platform management and editorial promotion.
The publication fee is non-refundable once the publication process has begun.
5. Removal of a Film
The filmmaker may request the removal of their film from NEWCINEMA/ at any time.
Removal requests should be submitted through the designated contact form or by email.
NEWCINEMA/ will remove the film and its associated streaming page within 72 hours of receiving the request.
Please note that editorial articles or news items previously published by Final Cut Magazine may remain online as part of the historical archive unless otherwise required by law.
6. Changes to Publication Settings
To ensure the integrity of the platform and the accuracy of licensing information, publication settings cannot be modified after publication.
This includes, but is not limited to:

streaming territories;
-
publication duration;
-
rights availability.
If a filmmaker wishes to change any of these settings, they must first request the removal of their existing publication.
A new publication may then be submitted using the updated publication settings and will be processed as a new publication.
7. Streaming Security
Films are streamed using professional streaming technology designed to provide a secure viewing environment.
While NEWCINEMA/ takes reasonable measures to protect published works, no online platform can guarantee absolute protection against unauthorised copying or distribution.
8. Editorial Promotion
As part of the publication process, NEWCINEMA/ may prepare editorial content announcing the publication of the film, including publication in Final Cut Magazine and promotion through associated communication channels.
Editorial decisions remain at the discretion of NEWCINEMA/.
9. Platform Availability
NEWCINEMA/ will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
NEWCINEMA/ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the publication or streaming of a film on the platform.
The filmmaker remains solely responsible for the legality of the published content.
11. Changes to these Terms
NEWCINEMA/ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The version published on the website shall always be the most recent version.
